History Behind Our Recipes
Inspired by her grandmother, Mozelle's Sweet Shoppe was created by Tamara Berry and is based in Worcester, MA. Tamara's grandmother, Mozelle had passed a love for baking to Tamara and today she bakes in her honor. Tamara's grandmother had first taught her how to make red velvet cake and baklava, which continue to be some of her favorite recipes to bake today. Tamara has been baking seriously for more than 14 years and now enjoys challenging herself with the latest dessert trends.
